Marjolo Assignment – HCM/HR Programme Manager

We are looking for a Programme Manager with strong experience in planning and delivering the implementation, customisation, and integration of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, to assist our client who are currently undergoing a major Digital Transformation Programme across their organisation.

If you are a Programme Manager looking for your next challenge and you have proven experience delivering HCM/HR systems for large, global organisations, then we would love to hear from you.


Among other requirements, Programme Managers delivering this service require expertise knowledge of HCM/HR platforms, and a strong ability to lead teams to deliver systems aligned and customised to business requirements. Strong candidates for this engagement will also require a strong understanding of:

  • HCM/HR systems, such as Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle PeopleSoft, or other equivalent systems

  • The customisation/Interface capabilities required in an HCM environment

  • Data and integration tooling, including Okta single sign-on

  • Business Change elements to ensure a smooth programme delivery and transition to the new platform

This role will be delivered on a full-time basis and in a hybrid capacity, with on-site presence in London required most weeks. It is outside of IR35, and will commence in September.
