We are seeking a Business Analyst with expertise in Business Process Mapping and Modelling, to assist our client in understanding their current processes in order to recommend efficiencies and potential savings.
If you are a Business Analyst or Process Analyst looking for a new assignment and have experience delivering Process Maps and Models to support major change initiatives, then we would love to hear from you.
The assignment will require expert Process Management knowledge, as well as a strong ability to interact closely with cross-functional teams to highlight relationships across the organisation and understand work impact in a detailed manner.
This assignment will also require:
Strong Requirements Gathering and Analysis abilities
Strong Stakeholder Management and Engagement skills
A knowledge of the Business Change function, with an ability to liaise with teams of Change leaders and develop processes to support successful change delivery
An ability to optimise services and deliver improvements to service efficiency
An empathetic approach to potentially sensitive situations
This assignment will be outside of IR35, and will be delivered in a hybrid capacity, with most delivery expected to be on site at the clients Outer London office. It will be delivered on a part-time basis (60%).
