We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Training Consultant with strong experience with D365 Marketing, to support our client with their internal training ahead of the CRM go-live in March.
If you are a D365 Trainer looking for a new part-time/ad-hoc engagement and you have proven experience delivering training relating to the D365 Marketing module, then we would love to hear from you. Trainers delivering this service will require expertise knowledge of D365 Marketing and Training practices, with the key deliverables being:
Provide a concise introduction to Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, outlining its key features and capabilities.
Demonstrate the process of designing and customising email templates to align with branding and campaign objectives.
Introduce the concept of customer journey mapping and its significance in understanding and enhancing customer experiences.
Train participants on segmentation and targeting techniques based on contact attributes to personalise marketing efforts.
Support with hands-on support and configurations (such as automated emails)
This role will be delivered in a total of 4-6 days over the next month, with a hybrid arrangement and on-site days required at the Client offices in central London.
