Project Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated experienced business change Project Manager to join the Marjolo team and support the launch of a joint programme with our client in the Higher Education Sector. This opportunity is for Phase 1 of the programme in 2023 and involves collaborative efforts to enhance the Student Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading project management activities, including coordination with counterparts, ensure seamless implementation of the joint programme. The ideal consultant will have proven experience in project management, ideally in an University or other Higher Education setting.
Oversee Student and Staff Journey Mapping, working closely with the team mapping out the student and staff journeys
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with Student Journey is a plus.
This assignment will commence in early October, with an expected duration of up to 3 months, with ~40 assigned days, with the possibility of extension into 2024.
This is a hybrid assignment, occasional onsite required in London and in the North West, and it is outside IR35.
