We are seeking Senior Change Directors/Managers with People Specialism to assist on a range of large scale Change Programmes for a major international client.
If you are a Business Change expert with experience in overseeing the implementation of major Change Programmes and Organisational Re-Design initiatives, and you are looking for a new assignment then we would love to hear from you.
The engagements will have varying needs and requirements and will cover a wide range of Change functions. These will include, but are not limited to:
The development of effective Change strategies and operating models
Oversight of Change Management Office’s and the development of an in-house change function for clients
Implementation and governance of programmes using renowned methodologies, including PROSCI, and varying Project Management tools
Effectively manage stakeholders, drive employee engagement and coach teams to maximise People ROI
Given the global nature of our client, these engagements will require frequent overseas travel, with the remainder of the role being fulfilled in a remote capacity. The engagement will be outside of IR35 and is likely to be medium/long term.
