We are looking for a Data/Integration Architect with vast experience supporting the definition of data architecture and integrating ERP and HCM systems with supporting platforms, to assist our client with their major Digital Transformation programme.

This role will require expert knowledge of a range of ERP and HCM systems, and consultants delivering this service will have vast experience integrating and implementing systems in line with organisational requirements. Consultants will also need to:
Have proven experience leading major data integration initiatives
Have a strong knowledge of a range of ERP/HCM and integrated systems, such as Ceridian Dayforce, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle PeopleSoft, Sage 200, etc…
The customisation/Interface capabilities required in an HCM environment
Data and integration tooling, including Okta single sign-on
Drive strategic Data and Solution Architecture across a global business, including identification of Golden Source for all key data
Experience of Ceridian Dayforce integration and implementation is desired, but not essential
This engagement will be outside of IR35, and will be delivered on a full-time basis in a hybrid capacity, with on-site presence in London required most weeks. It will commence immediately.
