We are seeking a Scrum Master/Project Manager to assist our client with the delivery of a range of Agile transformation projects, including their accounts system upgrade.

Whilst the role will have a number of requirements, suitable candidates will need to:
Have a strong Agile background, with expertise guiding development teams through each Sprint
Have experience of Enterprise Solution upgrades, ideally across Account systems, and Sage 200 specifically (ideal but not mandatory)
Provide expert knowledge of Scrum, including Sprints and Backlog Management, and able to coach others in doing so
Have Agile and Project Management qualifications, such as CSM (Certified Scrum Master) and Prince II, or others
It is anticipated that the contract will initially be on a short to medium term basis, and it will be outside of IR35. The client is based in central London, and the role will be delivered on a hybrid basis, with regular on-site visits to London required.
