We are seeking a Project Manager and a Business Analyst with expertise in IT Asset Management to support our client with the planning, oversight, and eventual transition to a new service provider.
We have exciting 6-12 month opportunities for both a Project Manager and a Business Analyst, to join our team at a worldwide media firm which is looking to transform its IT Asset Management capabilities. The initial work will focus on identifying assets, their ownership, and responsibilities, then new processes as part of designing the transition away from an existing outsourced service provider to a new operating model and solution.

This role will require specialist knowledge of IT Asset Management, and consultants delivering this engagement will be required to:
Identify assets, including relevant ownership and responsibilities
Support the planning and design the transition to the new service provider - knowledge of Service Now is beneficial, but not mandatory
Lead the process design in support of the transition, and development of the future state
Utilise industry standard methodologies to drive successful delivery (Prince II, ITIL, etc)
