Marjolo Solutions Assignments – Senior Project Manager

We are supporting our client in providing a managed project management service to support their delivery of a strategic business platform.

Our consultants delivering this service need to have:

• Skills and experience of implementing IT solutions in Public Sector environments

• Leadership of internal IT resources to deliver successful project outcomes

• Access to skills and experience of Supplier/Vendor Management

• Ideally have experience with "Blue Light" record management systems

Key outcomes in providing this service include:

1. Project Plans & Status Reports to manage the delivery cadence and keep stakeholders up to date

2. RAID logs to identify, assess and resolve potential blockers to project success

3. Clear contractual obligations and success criteria for third party suppliers so they are accountable for successfully project delivery

4. Budget & Resourcing controls to ensure transparency of project costs and sufficient resource for successfully delivery

5. Leadership of mixed skilled teams, holding them to account and delivering knowledge transfer and skills uplift

6. We are therefore looking to our network, for a Senior Project Manager, and may be coming back with details of various other related roles during June.
