Marjolo Team – Business Analysts to join us at Marjolo

We are growing our Business Change Practice and are seeking Business Analysts to join us on a permanent basis. We are looking for people with extensive expertise in helping businesses to define and deliver their Business and IT Change. We are seeking people who want to be part of delivering client success in a professional and dynamic Consultancy.

We are currently looking to fill two roles to support our many and varied clients. While working with clients the role will vary depending on the client and their market sector, but all roles will require expert requirement gathering technics, strong process management knowledge, and the ability to utilise mapping software to enable our clients to move from their As-Is process state to an optimal To-Be state.


These roles will also require:

  • Management and realisation of Business Benefits

  • Building User Stories to base requirements and testing

  • Ability to identify complexities and inefficiencies in as-is business processes

  • Functional design documentation

  • Assist with development of reports, manuals, and testing plans

  • Risk and issues management

  • Liaising with clients and third parties

  • Creating robust user documentation, with strong attention to detail

  • Strong stakeholder analysis and management

  • Robust communication skills

  • Workshop planning and facilitation

  • Expertise of Agile delivery methodology and the role of the Agile BA

  • Knowledge of Skore or other UPN based mapping products is very welcome

All engagements are anticipated to be delivered in a hybrid capacity, with on-site visits being required, with frequency depending on the client.
