Ben has been with us at Marjolo for over two years, after joining us through the RISE Graduate Scheme. The scheme looks to connect accomplished candidates from Sheffield Universities to local SME’s. This led Ben to join our growing team immediately after completion of his undergraduate degree in Business Studies at Sheffield Hallam University.
His motivation and hard work has enabled him to make rapid progress, and he now works on consulting assignments to deliver high-quality services to our clients. He originally joined us as a Graduate Consultant and Account Manager. He is now a Delivery Consultant, helping with both the day-to-day operations of the business and providing consultancy services, with a particular skill and interest in Business Process Management.
Here at Marjolo, we value building a strong internal team, where our employees have the opportunity to build their knowledge and skills through various personal development opportunities supported by us. To enable Ben we ensured that he had the freedom to grow his role around his own personal development, enabling him to have a more active role in the areas that he is passionate about.
We believe allowing our employees to grow professionally and mould their role themselves, helps provide value for both us and our clients, and with the support of RISE this has been proven successful over the last 2 years. The programme has enabled us to have young, determined professionals join our team, helping it grow into the talented, fast-paced environment that it is.
We have recently had the opportunity to employ another strong candidate from the RISE Graduate Scheme, Dan. Dan is just completing his Masters in Business Management, and is already proving himself to be a valued member of Marjolo. In addition we have engaged Kitty, who excelled on a Sheffield Hallam University placement for us, leading a team of international students and shining with her knowledge and skills in marketing and events management. The future is bright and we are looking forward to seeing our team develop more over the coming months.
